About the program
As a participant in "Boundaries for Caregivers" small group coaching program, you will have an opportunity to create a personalized approach for how you want to manage your caregiving role and responsibilities. There will be three 60-minute sessions (Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. PDT), all conducted over Zoom amongst a small, safe community of people who are experiencing their own caregiving journeys. We have designed the program so you can leave it feeling more confident about how you are choosing to show up for all the people in your life, including yourself.
The broad structure for each session includes discussion and exercises focused on:
Awareness – Explore shifting emotions, behaviors and situations. Explore what is happening with your loved one and how it is affecting you, and everyone around you.
Acceptance – Work on accepting what is going, without judgement. This new reality can be hard. How do you want to show up?
Conscious Choice – Broaden your perspective to see a range of options instead of feeling stuck having to follow one path. Make choices that are grounded in reality and intention.
Action – Commit to doing one small thing based on your new learning.
Workbooks are included to help document your thoughts, intentions and actions throughout this journey.
